A Beautiful Antique Serpentine fronted Chest of Drawers .

Fully stripped to bare removing all original varnish , dings, dents, scratches etc .

The main body and feet on this pieces were Stain blocked & primed before being hand painted via brushes in a brush stroke free finish in Fusion Mineral paint Champlain which is a beautiful soft off White with creamy undertones .

I wanted to keep some of the Burr Walnut natural but soften it so that it complimented the paint colour so the drawer fronts and top were paint washed to lighten the Burr .

Liquid Gold detailing through out .

All top coated in 2 coats of Satin Poly Vine Varnish .

Drawer internals cleaned , sanded & polished in Lemon Wax .

Original ornate handles cleaned & sprayed gold .
