Large Vintage Stag Minstrel Sideboard which has been fully Restored & Refurbished . Finished in Coal Black & Medium Oak with Fabulous Pewter handles for a Modern Industrial style look.

Sideboard / Media unit .

Having being fully stripped right back to bare wood removing all dings , scratches etc and original varnish for superb paint adhesion and longevity , original knob holes filled, the unit was then primed, finely re-sanded for a super smooth base before being hand painted (brushed) in 3 coats of Fusion Mineral paint Coal Black which is a true jet black. I decided to leave the end door off of the Sideboard so that the unit would be also useable as a media unit , plenty of room on the adjustable shelf for a Sky box / Router etc . The now open end cup board was also stripped, primed, painted .

The Sideboard base /skirts / legs were stained in a Medium Oak stain as was the open cupboard shelf.

All externals sealed in 2 coats of Satin Varnish for a 20% modern sheen and added protection .

Internally the end double cup board , shelf and drawer internals were all cleaned and polished in a beautiful fresh lemon wax .

Lastly new holes drilled for the Industrial style Pewter handles .

All in all a great looking piece with lots of storage .
